陈万平(1976-),湖南益阳人,党员,博士,教授。研究兴趣为稀土发光材料的设计、制备与应用研究。曾为本科生讲授“大学化学”,“材料化学”和“材料科学基础”等课程。主持国家级、省部级等项目多项,第一作者发表教学、科研论文二十多篇,授权国家发明专利三项,编著《材料化学实验》一书。
